All services are subject to a separate written contract signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-home consultation are non-binding. Final project pricing is subject to an in-home assessment and a signed contract. Estimates may change if project scope is modified, unforeseen conditions are discovered during work, or if material costs fluctuate. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual project contract. Typical terms include:

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) due upon contract signing
• Progress payments at agreed milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and your written approval

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest as specified in your project contract. We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.

5. Licensing and Insurance

Gainesville Bath Remodel is licensed under Florida Contractor License #CBC1264297 and carries full general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Copies of our license and insurance certificates are available upon request.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. All completed projects include:

• 1-Year Labor Warranty: Covers defects in our workmanship for one year from project completion date
• Manufacturer Warranties: Materials and fixtures carry manufacturer warranties as provided (varies by product)

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period at the contact information provided below.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled project by providing written notice. Cancellation terms are specified in your project contract. In general: cancellations made more than 7 business days before the scheduled start date may receive a partial deposit refund (minus any materials already ordered or restocking fees). Cancellations made within 7 business days may forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel a project due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, permit delays, material shortages) with prompt notice to you.

8. Use of This Website

By using this Site, you agree not to:
